This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Hormonrahealth - Ecom TTM FZCO and applies to all orders placed through our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy in its entirety.

Hormonrahealth works with professional logistics and shipping partners to ensure reliable delivery of your order. We aim to process all orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining product quality, compliance, and security.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Processing times may be longer during:
- High order volumes
- Promotional campaigns
- Public holidays
- Inventory or quality control inspections
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–6 business days within Canada.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates only
- Delivery within a specific timeframe is not guaranteed
- Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, and external factors
By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery times are estimates and not a contractual guarantee.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over 400 CAD
5. Factors Causing Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs clearance or inspections
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Public holidays (local or international)
- Security screenings or regulatory requirements
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Such delays do not constitute a failure to deliver or fulfill an order.
6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation by email
- Tracking information will be provided when available
- Carrier handover confirmation serves as proof of shipment
The provision of tracking information or carrier confirmation shall be considered fulfillment of the order for both dispute resolution and payment processing purposes (including Klarna and Vipps).
7. Delivery Complaints & Investigation Period
If your order has not arrived, please contact our support team no sooner than 10 business days after the shipping confirmation date.
Claims submitted before this period cannot be processed, as the shipment may still be in transit.
Where appropriate, we will initiate a reasonable investigation with the carrier.
8. Transfer of Risk & Responsibility
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier:
- Responsibility for delivery transfers in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws unless otherwise required by law
- Hormonrahealth is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or third parties
This transfer of responsibility applies regardless of tracking status updates.
9. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Packages returned or lost due to address errors
Reshipment may require additional charges.
10. Customs Duties, Fees & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees.
- These costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Failure to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned, delayed, or destroyed
- Such situations do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks
11. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Hormonrahealth is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Theft occurring after delivery
- Carrier errors beyond the scope of a reasonable investigation
Carrier delivery confirmation shall be considered proof of delivery.
12. Proof of Fulfillment in Payment Disputes
For payment dispute and chargeback purposes, the customer agrees that the following constitute valid proof of fulfillment:
- Shipping confirmation
- Carrier handover records
- Tracking information (when available)
Delays caused by carriers or external events do not constitute failure to deliver under the policies of Klarna, Vipps, or card issuers.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
