Hormonra provides dietary supplements designed to support women during perimenopause and menopause.

Please note:

3. Product Use

You agree to use Hormonra products only as directed on the label and/or product page. Improper use may reduce effectiveness or result in unwanted side effects. We are not responsible for misuse of products, use contrary to instructions, or use together with substances or medications that may cause adverse effects.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • Prices, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or reject orders at any time.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, and may refuse service if we suspect fraud, abuse, resale activity, policy circumvention, or unlawful conduct.

4.1 Payment

Payments are processed through our payment service providers (including Klarna, Vipps, and card payment processors). We do not store complete payment card details. By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable terms and policies of the payment provider.

We may use payment verification and fraud prevention measures. Orders may be held, canceled, or refunded if verification requirements are not met.

4.2 Transfer of Risk Upon Delivery

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and tracking information or shipment confirmation has been provided, our delivery obligation is considered fulfilled. Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.

Carrier delays, customs processing, or failed delivery attempts do not constitute non-performance by Hormonra and do not automatically entitle the customer to compensation or refunds.

5. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of your decision, for example by email to info@hormonrahealth.com or by using the withdrawal form provided with your order.

6.1 Exceptions for Opened Health Products (Hygiene)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that, due to hygiene or health protection reasons, are not suitable for return once the seal has been broken. This includes:

  • Products with a broken safety seal.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

Hormonra voluntarily extends the return period to 30 days for unopened products with an intact seal. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Right to Make a Complaint

Under applicable consumer protection laws, consumers may have the right to file a complaint if purchased goods do not conform to the agreement. If you believe a product is defective or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@hormonrahealth.com with your order number and supporting documentation (such as photographs).

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, product designs, images, and videos—is the property of Hormonra and/or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, license, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

11. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

You agree to contact Hormonra first at info@hormonrahealth.com before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or complaint with a payment provider (including Klarna), and to give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

11.1 Proof of Performance

In the event of a dispute, the customer agrees that the following may be used as evidence of authorization and fulfillment:

  • Order confirmation and payment records.
  • IP address and device/session information (where available).
  • Shipping confirmation and tracking information.
  • Carrier delivery confirmation.

11.2 "Product Not Received"

Transfer to the carrier and provision of tracking information constitute proof of fulfillment. Shipping delays, customs delays, or failed delivery attempts do not automatically mean that delivery has not occurred.

11.3 "Not as Described"

Dietary supplements may affect individuals differently. A lack of perceived results or subjective dissatisfaction does not constitute misrepresentation where product information and disclaimers were provided at the time of purchase.

11.4 Refund Denials

Refund denials may be justified where products have been opened or used due to hygiene and safety considerations, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to contest disputes and chargebacks and to provide relevant documentation to Klarna, Vipps, card issuers, and other payment service providers.

12. Disclaimer

All products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hormonra disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Warranties that content is accurate, complete, or current.
